About JavaToolbox.com has been created because we noticed that it was not always easy to find Java tools. JavaToolbox.com is a directory listing the existing tools, libraries and plug-ins for Java/J2EE development. This site is organized in categories and contains free, open-source, as well as commercial products. Who is behind all this? Fabrice Marguerie got the idea of starting this site in December 2004 after seeing the success of the SharpToolbox web site, which is similar to JavaToolbox.com but for .NET. Shortly after initiating the site with some content, Fabrice realized the impressive amount of work, and cried for help... Luckily, Guillaume Kasiborski immediately arrived for relief, and he is now on track for an impressive work adding tools.
